The CTIA differ to other training companies, as our students learn their craft, either on a ‘one to one’ basis or in ‘very small groups’. It is intensive training.

We can also travel to you; we find it more personal for the learner when we carry out training in your own clinic or salon and it saves you the upheaval of having extra days out of work travelling when we can do that for you. It also gives us a chance to see where you work from, and to advise you if there is anything that needs addressing or perhaps you may need important advice on waste disposal or clinical waste or even advise on where a hand washing sink can be placed within your room. Other aesthetic training companies don’t do this, as it isn’t cost effective for them.

*99% of our student opt for one to one training in their own salons.

We have witnessed multiple principle courses being taught within less than a week, which in effect, benefits the school rather than the learner. The CTIA believe this is wrong, dangerous to the public and provides the sector with apprehensive, nervous and unskilled practitioners. We believe that any injectables or aesthetic training courses should be taught as intensive study, however not combined with other modalities.

We hope that you agree; education should be about the student embarking onto their new career confidently, and initially working with the skills learnt to then further progress onto another. Learning should be competency based and not quantity. Therefore, if for any reason you do not feel confident in any way, our philosophy is that we will provide you with the extra free training at our CTIA training centre to get you to the level to offer the best treatments in the industry.
